Renewal Requirements

Regardless of certificate level, all certified F2T members must meet specific continuing education credit (CEC) and F2T Challenge requirements to maintain their designation and F2T membership. Complete details on renewal requirements can be found below.

Renewal Requirements

  1. Complete and submit 1 F2T Challenge. Complete details on available Challenges can be found HERE. Once you know which challenge you would like to complete, you can add it to your profile HERE.
  2. Pay the renewal fee. You can pay the fee HERE.

You can track the completion of all requirements on your DASHBOARD – your CECs and Challenge will be displayed on the progress bars and the course “F2T Certificate Renewal” will appear under your courses if you have paid the fee. Please allow 2-4 weeks for processing after completing all requirements; you will receive an email notification and your dashboard will update with your new certificate.

Renewal Requirements

  1. Complete the required 8 CECs. CEC opportunities available through the Fit to Thrive program can be found HERE. Have 3rd party CECs to report? Scroll down for more information.
  2. Complete and submit 1 F2T Challenge. Complete details on available Challenges can be found HERE. Once you know which challenge you would like to complete, you can add it to your profile HERE.
  3. Pay the renewal fee. You can pay the fee HERE.

UPDATE ON CHALLENGE SUBMISSION – You no longer need to manually register for the Challenge by adding it to your cart. Instead, it will be automatically added to your dashboard and appear as ‘F2T Challenge Submission (2023 Renewal).’ Simply click on the link, view all possible options, and select the one you would like to submit.
You will now also be able to renew your PFT certificate before submitting your Challenge.  Once the Continuing Education Credit (CEC) requirement has been met and you have paid your renewal fee, your new certificate will be processed. However, you are still required to submit your Challenge before the renewal deadline of June 30, 2024 to avoid penalty or change in certificate status.
